I’m Lindsay, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (MS, RDN, CDN) based in New York City.

To tell you more about my background and education, I received my bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, completed my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Education from Columbia University, and completed my Clinical Nutrition training at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF).

I believe that balanced nutrition is vital to a healthy body and mind. I created this website to explore the interaction between our food, our health, and our surroundings. On this website, you will find information on booking nutrition counseling sessions with me (under ‘Work with Me’) as well as my nutrition blog.

On the blog, I occasionally share nutrition advice, wellness stories, and go-to recipes with the goal of helping you better understand the relationship between what you eat and your health.

In my nutrition pratice, I specialize in digestive health, women’s health, especially pre- and postnatal nutrition, healthy aging, and weight loss and healthy eating strategies. I take a holistic, whole-body approach to nutrition care, looking at the body as a connected whole instead of isolated parts. I believe that what you eat impacts both your physical and mental health. My goal is to guide you in making sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes so that you can improve your health, feel energized and at your best.
